SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, the Therapy Billing Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of therapy-related medical claims.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role is designed to run the day-to-day billing for a non-profit therapy clinic with the following functions:
- Billing and Invoicing
- Claims scrubbing and submission
- Coding audits
- Compliance Monitoring
- Conduct insurance authorizations, as needed
- Co-pay, coinsurance, patient responsibility processing
- Denial management
- ERA processing and payment processing
- Payment audits
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years' experience in therapy billing and coding roles
WHAT WE PREFER
- Preferred CBCS
- Non-profit experience
