Estimated compensation is minimum of $340,000.00/annually, and maximum is $450,000.00/annually.
Part Time:
Estimated compensation is minimum of $100,000.00/annually, and maximum is $200,000.00/annually.
Hourly:
Estimated compensation is minimum of $80.00/hourly, and maximum is $100.00/hourly.
Envision Physician Services is seeking a board certified Neonatologist Medical Director to join our collaborative care team to provide Neonatology services at three NICUs in the north Denver area within the Centura Health System: Avista Adventist Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, and St. Anthony North Hospital. In total, these facilities deliver about 4,000 babies per year. You will work alongside a dedicated team of allied health providers (NNPs/NICU PAs) coupled with being a part of a larger care team within the state of CO where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront.

- Staffing Model: 3 Neonatologists, 13.5 APPs
- 4.5 APPs allocated to each facility with the opportunity to rotate within the market
- Rotate between Level II/III NICUs with dedicated APPs

- Schedule: 3-week blocks
- Week 1: Cover Level III with call from home (30-min response time)
- Week 2: Cover Level II with call from home (up to 45-min response time)

Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, CO is a comprehensive medical center that provides a full range of medical specialties and exceptional health care to the Louisville, Superior, Broomfield and surrounding Boulder area communities. A 114-bed full-service hospital, Avista provides first-rate Heart and Vascular and emergency care.
