Job Summary: This position will assist the Operations Supervisors and Attendance Administrator maintain hourly employee schedules.
Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities: Kronos/Work Force Dimensions Support - Enter schedules for new hires based on department and shift
- Reset attendance points for re-hired employees at time of hire
- Enter Time Off pay codes in Kronos
- Enter Down Crew code in Kronos when departments finish early
- Update schedules "start" and "end" times for employees who are transferring to a new shift
- Adjust end of shift schedule times
- Assist/back up ETO schedule adjustments
Reporting - Maintain Perfect Attendance Tracker
- Assist/back up ETO Tracker
- Attendance reporting as requested
Other - Perform "on the floor" attendance audits
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Attendance Administrator
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks
- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and relationship management skills; works effectively with all personalities
- Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
- Proficient with various MS applications including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with front-line leaders and employees
- Detail oriented and organized
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform duties with awareness of all company policies, State and Federal requirements and the collective bargaining agreement
- Ability to analyze raw data
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
Resume is highly recommended Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one (1) year of experience performing similar job duties, preferably in a manufacturing environment preferred
