Education Qualifications: As an LPN, you will provide nursing care to patients defined by the unit’s scope of care. Under the direction of the RN, you will collaborate with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s individualized needs.
This position will work the 3PM - 11PM shift.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
or obtained within 3 months of employment.

Chemical use problems are defined as: Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements. Chemical use that has a negative impact on the staff member's job performance; Chemical use that affects the credibility of treatment services with clients, referral sources, or other members of the community; and Symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
